Kylie R. Fletcher is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Fletcher Law, a San Diego law firm specializing in Wills, Trusts, Special Needs Planning and Trust Administration.

Kylie moved to San Diego in 2009. Prior to living in California, she practiced law in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated cum laude from Clemson University in 2000 where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Kylie then moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she earned a Juris Doctor.

Upon graduation in 2003, she moved to Chicago, Illinois where she worked in private practice focusing on real estate and estate planning. Kylie started her own practice after relocating to San Diego in 2009.

Kylie’s professional affiliations include: Wealth Counsel, State Bar of California, State Bar of Illinois, San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego and the American Bar Association.

Kylie is active in community service efforts and volunteers with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego in the Conservatorship Clinic and Juvenile Mediation Program. She also serves as a member on the board of directors for the ARC of San Diego.

Kylie and her husband, Brock, are the proud parents of Davis, Reese and Holden. They enjoy spending time together and visiting family in Florida and North Carolina.
